Buyer approval refers to the Lender’s evaluation of your financial qualifications and creditworthiness to determine if you are eligible for a mortgage loan and the maximum amount you can borrow to purchase the home. Both the appraisal and buyer approval are critical steps in the home buying process to ensure the property is fairly priced and you have met the Lender’s financial requirements.
