Park Cities

The Park Cities is home to two communities north of downtown Dallas; Highland Park and University Park. These two communities have approximately 31,000 residents. Park Cities is famous for its highly respected public schools, exceptional shopping, and dining. University Park is home to Southern Methodist University. It is widely recognized for having the best public school systems in the United States, Highland Park Independent School District. Highland Park is home to the Dallas Country Club and home to many parks. Park Cities is well known for its quality housing as it is ranked number 9 in a list of communities with the highest quality of living in the USA.
